1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Your Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any data, product details, competitor information, or other content you submit (“User Content”).

License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant Hotseller a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display your content only to provide and improve our Services.

We will never sell your content or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

3. AI-Generated Insights

Hotseller uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate insights. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or bias and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or professional advice. You agree to verify insights independently before making business decisions.

4. Data Usage & Training

For Consumer Accounts, anonymized and aggregated data may be used to improve our AI models. For Enterprise Accounts, your data will not be used for model training unless you provide explicit consent. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain Services require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Hotseller to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
Interfere with or disrupt our systems, security, or networks.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our Services.
Build a competing product using our data or technology.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in Hotseller, including software, algorithms, reports, and designs, belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using Hotseller at any time. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hotseller is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or specific business results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotseller and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be notified, and continued use of Hotseller constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
